A: Fundus examination revealed the flat retina and disappearance of the minor hemorrhage; B and C: Optical coherence tomography revealed that the structure of the macula had returned to normal. A scar (white arrow) was observed in the retinal pigment epithelium layer on the temporal side of the macula.
