A: Infiltration of multiple plasma cells was observed in the necrotic zone, and the reticular scaffold was still expanded, without obvious collagen deposition; B: Mild mixed inflammatory cell infiltration was noted in the interstitium of the portal area. Interfacial inflammation was not significant.
