Core tip: Extra-skeletal Ewing’s sarcomas (EES) are rare aggressive malignant small round cell tumors. To date, there have been only two reported case of Ewing’s sarcoma of the ureter including the patient presented in this report. The patient presented in this report is a 69-year-old woman with intermittent flank pain and hematuria.
