Dr. Rahul Gupta is a Gastrointestinal Surgeon practicing at Synergy Institute of Medical Sciences, Dehradun, India. He has done his medical graduation and postgraduate training in General Surgery from Seth GSMC and KEM Hospital, Mumbai, India. Subsequently, he did his super-specialisation in MCh (Surgical Gastroenterology) from Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER), Chandigarh. During his fellowship at Institut Mutualiste Montsouris, Paris, France, he assisted/ performed various laparosopic hepatobiliary, pancreatic and gastrointestinal surgeries under the guidance of Prof Brice Gayet. He was actively involved in clinical research activities of the department. He has published more than 60 articles in national and international journals and he is an active Peer Reviewer for many indexed journals. He is an Associate Editor for Cureus Journal of Medical Science.
