The upperward arrows indicate the increased levels of platelets, red blood cells, hematocrit, lymphocytes, eosinophils, neutrophils, neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio, platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio, and monocyte-to-lymphocyte ratio. The downward arrow indicates the decreased levels of hemoglobin. The (?) sign shows the unknown role of basophils in diabetes mellitus yet.
