Furthermore, we discuss the evolving role of radiation therapy, emphasizing recent advancements in reducing treatment-related toxicities while improving outcomes. Surgical strategies, including subtotal resection and intraoperative radiotherapy, are also explored, showcasing their potential to enhance survival while minimizing neurological morbidities.
