Peng QL contributed significantly to patient screening, clinical data acquisition, database mining, bioinformatics analysis, and data interpretation, making their contributions equally vital. Both Wang LL and Jiao Y made critical and indispensable contributions as co-corresponding authors. Wang LL provided essential guidance for methodology development, conducted comprehensive reviews, and contributed to manuscript refinement. Jiao Y supervised the overall project, provided critical resources, and led the refinement and submission of the manuscript with a focus on data interpretation and the broader implications of the findings. Their collaboration has been instrumental in the successful completion and publication of this research.
