I am currently primarily engaged in clinical and basic research in the fields of Reproductive Medicine and Regenerative Medicine. As a key academic member, I have achieved multiple original breakthroughs in the field of stem cell therapy for severe endometrial damage and premature ovarian insufficiency. This includes the groundbreaking use of autologous bone marrow stem cells in conjunction with collagen materials for the repair of severe endometrial injury, resulting in the first cohort of newborns born through stem cell-assisted endometrial repair. Additionally, I have successfully utilized umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cell therapy to treat patients with premature ovarian insufficiency, leading to the birth of the healthy babies. I have led five projects, including international collaboration and Exchange projects and general projects, funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and managed six projects at the departmental and provincial levels. I have authored or served as the corresponding author for 33 SCI publications in journals including Nature Aging, STTT, Biomaterials, EBioMedicine, Stem Cells, JCEM, Human Reproduction, with a total of over 2,200 citations. I applied for six national invention patents, of which four have already been granted. I have peer reviewed for many academic journals, including science advances, cell reports medicine, and STTT. I have been actively engaged in the field of stem cell research for several years. My research has primarily focused on clinical and basic research in the fields of Reproductive Medicine and Regenerative Medicine.
