The RFLPs of PCR-amplified fragments obtained using MspI and subjected to agarose gel electrophoresis. Wild type without MspI restriction site shows a 295 bp band (lanes 1, 4, 5, 7), variant with MspI restriction site results in two bands of 135 and 160 bp (homozygous variant, lanes 2, 6, 9) or all three bands (heterozygous variant, lanes 3, 8, 10).
