CYP1A1, GSTs and mEH polymorphisms and susceptibility to esophageal carcinoma: Study of population from a high- incidence area in north China

Wild type without MspI restriction site shows a 295 bp band (lanes 1, 4, 5, 7), variant with MspI restriction site results in two bands of 135 and 160 bp (homozygous variant, lanes 2, 6, 9) or all three bands (heterozygous variant, lanes 3, 8, 10).
