Figure 2 Core biopsy of the mass, 4 × (A) and 10 × (B) magnification, reveals granulomatous inflammatory reaction centered on lobules, with granulomas composed of epithelioid histiocytes, Landerhans giant cells accompanied by lymphocytes, plasma cells and occasional eosinophils.
