Endoscopic diagnosis and removal of the bezoar was performed. A: Gastroendoscopy showing focal mucosal hyperemia, and an approximately 2 cm food bolus at the gastro-esophageal junction. B: After grinding, the large bezoar was endoscopically removed and was captured using a capture net.
