A: Otoscopic examination demonstrated a large amount of pus in the left external auditory canal (white arrowhead) and a fleshy polyp at a deeper site (black arrowhead); B: The part of the mass in the tympanum and external auditory canal appeared as a fleshy polyp (arrowhead); C: “Hairs” were present on the surface of the mass and cartilage was surrounded by the mass in part of the eustachian tube (arrowhead).
