Our interests are identification of genetic bases of complex phenotypes and pharmacogenetics, as well as the identification of the evolutionary and demographic forces that influence the origin, maintenance, and distribution of genetic disease in human. We have a special interest in how genetic variants underlying common clinical phenotype and variable drug-response.
