Ji-Kang Chen (PhD) is currently an Associate Professor of the Department of Social Work at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. After graduating from Department of Social Work at National Taiwan University, he worked as a child protective services social worker in Taiwan. He then went to Washington University in St. Louis for his MSW and went on to earn his PhD in social work at the University of Southern California.
