In the past five years I have Guest Edited successfully ten completed and 4 ongoing Special Issues and Research Topics for various impacted journals, such as 1. Current Topics in Medicinal Chemistry (2018, 2021, 2023, ongoing) 2. Frontiers in Psychiatry (2020, 2022-2023) 3. Diagnostics (2021, 2023) 4. CNS & Neurological Disorders-Drug Targets (2022) 5. Ad hoc reviewer in New England Journal of Medicine, The Lancet, Translational Psychiatry, Molecular Psychiatry, Current Medicinal Chemistry, Molecular Neurobiology, Human Brain Mapping, Journal of Affective Disorders, Our collaborative research has revealed functional magnetic resonance imaging (neural) correlates of clinical self-evaluation scales in psychiatry, which correspond to two major clinical states (syndromes): paranoid and depressive. Those correlations may constitute diagnostic and prognostic bio-markers as well as theranostic targets. Defining on theoretical level the concept of trans-disciplinary validation. It includes cross-validation of various modalities from neuroimaging integrated with data from other disciplines such as molecular medicine, immunology, and phenomenology into nomothetic networks. Nomothetic networks may potentially provide reification of diagnosis in psychiatry, complementary to ideographic assessment I have mentoring skills (five succesful PhD students, two of them tenured as associate professors); leadership skills (currently responsible for a personnel of 20 employees as Head of Department and Director of Research Institute); communication and management skills (actively involved in international partnerships and networks for more then 14 years) I have hobbies in literature, arts and classical music.
