Dr. Chen is a Distinguished Professor in the Chinese Academy of Education Big Data, Qufu Normal University, China. He received his Ph.D. in Education from Cheng-Kung University in 2014, and then went to work in mainland China (Guizhou University of Finance and Economics) and Thailand (Dhurakij Pundit University) as department head and full-time teacher.
