I am Bibhuti Das, MD, MBA, MHA, FAAP, FACC, and I currently serve as a Professor in Pediatrics at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, MS. My clinical work involves diverse pediatric cardiology fields and includes preventive care, exercise testing, pulmonary hypertension, pediatric and adult congenital heart diseases, cardiomyopathy, heart failure, and heart transplantation. I have actively conducted clinical research on pediatric heart failure, heart transplant outcomes, cardiomyopathy, pulmonary hypertension, adult CHD, and exercise testing, resulting in 140 peer-reviewed publications, 3,592 citations, and a Google Scholar h-index of 32 I have served as an Editorial Board Member for Annals of Pediatric Cardiology, MDPI journals, and Hindawi case reports. In addition, I have authored numerous editorials and special issues on pediatric heart failure. I have completed a total of 221 peer reviews, as documented on Publon. The core objective and driving force of my professional life have been to deliver the highest quality clinical care with compassion to children and their families. My current research focuses on inflammation in children with metabolic syndrome and left ventricular diastolic dysfunction. My expertise in evidence-based medicine, data collection and analysis, clinical protocol creation, clinical research, and presenting at national and international scientific meetings, combined with my leadership, healthcare administration, collaboration, problem-solving, mentoring, and management skills, emotional intelligence, teamwork skills, instills confidence in my ability to leverage digital and AI applications in healthcare and manage healthcare business development. I enjoy traveling, spending time in nature, and volunteering in many non-profit organizations.
