Figure 1 Histological examination with HE staining showed hyperkeratosis, atrophic epidermis, basal layer hydropic degeneration in epidermis, on dermis collagen deposition and subendothelial sclerosis in arterial wall in segmental foci that caused ischemic infarct leading to atrophy of adnexal structures.
