Dr. Yu-Ling Sun completed PhD in general surgery from Zhejiang University in 2007. He is a doctoral supervisor and professor of surgery at the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University. At the same time, he also serves as the director of the Five Departments of Hepatobiliary and Pancreatic Surgery at the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University, the deputy director of Hepatobiliary and Pancreatic Surgery, the head of the Henan Provincial Academician Workstation for Hepatobiliary and Pancreatic Diseases, the director of the Institute of Hepatobiliary and Pancreatic Diseases at Zhengzhou University, and the director of the Key Laboratory for Basic and Clinical Research of Hepatobiliary and Pancreatic Diseases of Zhengzhou City. He also serves as a young member of the Organ Transplantation Professional Committee of the Chinese Medical Association, a member of the Transplantation Group of the Surgical Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, a member of the Organ Transplantation Physicians Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, a member of the Transplantation Medicine Professional Committee of the Chinese Research Hospital Association, a member of the Liver Hemangioma Professional Committee of the International Hepatobiliary Pancreatic Association, Vice Chairman of the Surgical Branch of Zhengzhou Medical Association, Leading Talents in Science and Technology Innovation in Henan, Leading Talents in Youth Science and Technology Innovation in Henan Province. Her research engages a range of issues in basic and clinical research of hepatobiliary and pancreatic diseases. A major focus is early diagnosis and precise treatment for hepatobiliary and pancreatic malignancies. He presided over 3 projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and 8 provincial projects. He has edited and published 2 academic books, and published 40 SCI papers as the first author or corresponding author, including 4 papers from the first district of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. He has won the first prize of the Henan Provincial Science Popularization Achievement Award. At the same time, he was awarded the titles of exemplary individual in Henan Province for scientific and technological innovation, and a good doctor in the hearts of Henan public survey people. At present, there are many research contents in related fields and certain achievements have been made. He also serves as the editorial board member of books and magazines such as the National Higher Education Health Planning Textbook "Surgery", the National Higher Education Health Planning Textbook "Surgery" (English version), the National Higher Education Medical Digital Textbook (China's first e-book package), HBPD Int, Gastroenterology and Hepatology, and Clinics in Surgery. He is also a reviewer for journals such as Science Advances, Advanced Science, Theranotics, Nuclear Acids Research, Journal of Experimental and Clinical Cancer Research, Food Science, and Human Wellness.
