Roberto Peltrini, MD, PhD Research Fellow in General Surgery, University of Naples Federico II, Naples, Italy. I have clinical and academic interest in Colorectal Surgery, Proctology and Gastrointestinal Surgical Oncology with over ten years of experience and practce in the field. I have gained experience with the most modern technologies applied to surgery and with minimally invasive approaches (laparscopic and robotic surgery). To contribute to surgical community and to expand the academic network. My communication is effective in a clear and compelling way including the ability to understand the needs of others and respond to feedback. Coaching and mentoring of team workers with less expierence in research activity and clinical practice are included my professional behavior. As well, planning with a strategic and critical thinking are characteristics that belong to me. Physical activity and reading take up part of my time.
