In this representative experiment, telomerase activity was investigated in tumour (T) and non tumour (N) samples using the telomerase repeat amplification protocol (TRAP). As it is indicated in the figure, to avoid the effect of Taq DNA polymerase inhibitors, different extract dilutions were investigated.
