Figure 1 The protective effect of the extract on HeLa cells ex-pressed in column figure. The value of A₆₀₀ obtained using crys-tal violet staining decreased with the increased dilution of the extract. From 1:256 to 1:8 192 mg/mL the extract showed vari-ous protective effects on HeLa cells and the effect was decreased with the increased dilution of the extract. The protective effect was best at concentration of 1:256 to 1:1 024 mg/mL.
