1 任职的基本规定

助理Deputy Editor-in-Chief在编辑部主任的领导下，协助Deputy Editor-in-Chief，完成各项工作。任职的基本规定如下：

1.1 基本条件。助理Deputy Editor-in-Chief基本条件为正式员工工作满3年，3年内无重大编辑出版事故，签订第二轮劳动合同。

1.2 岗位职责。助理Deputy Editor-in-Chief岗位职责，遵循Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE, http:// publicationethics.org/)，协助刊物Deputy Editor-in-Chief向全球学者约稿组稿，满足读者对高质量内容的需求；负责审核学者提交的约稿题目；负责建立刊物高影响力专家数据库；负责每个月20日结算Deputy Editor-in-Chief工资。

1.3 岗位目标。协助Deputy Editor-in-Chief，将刊物发展成为本领域重要性的学术交流平台。

1.4 岗位职位。助理Deputy Editor-in-Chief。

1.5 岗位待遇。任职刊物出版费总收入的10%归助理Deputy Editor-in-Chief所有（包含个人所得税），每个月20日结算一次。

2 任命名单

2.1 马俐助理Deputy Editor-in-Chief，World Journal of Anesthesiology，World Journal of Surgical Procedures和World Journal of Rheumatology。

2.2 马娜助理Deputy Editor-in-Chief，World Journal of Ophthalmology，World Journal of Otorhinolaryngology和World Journal of Stomatology。
