Business’s Academic Contribution Identifier evaluation process
What is the Academic Contribution Identifier (ACID)? The rapid development of artificial intelligence and deep learning technologies has borne both revolutionary opportunities and distinctive challenges to the digital recording, evaluation, and management of academic contributions. Based on our Reference Citation Analysis system, a unique platform for citation evaluation of biomedical and life science articles, we are able to assign a unique, permanent ACID code and personal website to each scholar, journal, publisher, or research institution. The purpose of the ACID is to provide scholars, journals, publishers or research institutions with a high-quality digital platform to record, evaluate and manage the academic contribution of each article. The benefits of an ACID are threefold, as it facilitates the permanent maintenance and enrichment of business’s academic record and article citation analysis, provides evidence of business’s academic contributions, and expands business’s discoverability and recognition worldwide.
Business’s ACID Evaluation Process
| 1 Preliminary Review: The reliability of a Business’s registration information is evaluated. The content evaluated includes the Business's name, Business’s office address, Website address, Date of foundation of the Business, Business model, Business’s registration number, and Content of products and services. |
| 2 Second review: The reliability of the academic quality of articles published by Businesses, including universities, hospitals, research institutions, funding agencies, publishers, pharmaceutical company, medicines, medical equipment, and English language editing company is reviewed. The content reviewed includes the number and quality of articles indexed in MEDLINE, PubMed, PubMed Central, Science Citation Index Expanded, Emerging Sources Citation Index, Scopus, and Reference Citation Analysis (RCA). We will use our unique tools, the Authors Article Influence Index and Journal Article Influence Index, to help universities, hospitals, research institutions, funding agencies, publishers, pharmaceutical company, medicines, medical equipment, and English language editing company make an objective and transparent evaluation of the academic contribution of their published articles or the academic impact of their journals. Note: Total Citations in RCA ÷ Total Articles = Authors Article Influence Index; Total Citations in RCA ÷ Total Articles = Journal Article Influence Index. |
| 3 Final Review: A final decision to accept or reject is made based on the number and quality of articles included in the above important databases as well as the content of products and services of universities, hospitals, research institutions, funding agencies, publishers, pharmaceutical company, medicines, medical equipment, and English language editing company. |
| 4 Release: Upon acceptance, the Business will be assigned an ACID code and website and released on the Business Academic Contribution platform.
