Senthilkumar Mohan received a master’s degree in Software engineering from VIT University, India in 2007, a master’s degree in IT- Networking from VIT University, India, in 2013, and the Ph.D. degree in Big Data from the VIT University Vellore, India in 2017. He was Project Associate with IIT Madras, from 2009 to 2010. He is currently working as Associate Professor with the Department of software and system engineering, School of Information Technology and Engineering (SITE), Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT), Vellore. He is having more than 13+ years of teaching and industry experience. He published 30 + articles in peer-reviewed reputed journals and book chapters. His reputed publications IEEE Access, Journal of Parallel and Distributed Computing, Cybernetics and Information Technologies, Computer Communications, Computers and Electrical Engineering, Journal of Ambient Intelligence and Humanized Computing. He is the peer reviewer in journals such as Software: Practice and Experience, Engineering Reports(wiley), IEEE Transactions on Computational Social Systems, IEEE Transactions on Network Science and Engineering, IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Transportation Systems, IJNS, IEEE ACCESS, review board of  Frontiers in Medical Technology and  Bentham Ambassador. He was a recipient of the Article of the work IEEE ACCESS. He is also a member of various professional societies like CSI, Indian congress. His area of research includes Machine Learning, cloud computing, Big data, IoT.
