My main interest is on learning and mechanistic network models of disease. This encompasses many aspects of basic research in biochemistry and molecular biology. I develop algorithms of artificial intelligence inspired in life at the Sorbonne Paris Nord University. In particular by means of machine learning based on predictive models of clinic big data with the goal of better understanding the molecular basis of physiopathology in human diseases and its application to personalised medicine. Other of my research lines are also modelling toxicity induced by radiobiology using multi-omics integration or experimental spatial scRNA-seq.
