Dr. Hitesh Shah holds B.E in Electronics Engineering (Sardar Patel University, Vallabh Vidyanagar), M.Tech in Control and Guidance (IIT - Roorkee), and Ph.D. in Control and Automation from IIT - Delhi. His teaching and research stints span of 19 years at this college. Dr. Shah is a true academician with excellent credentials as a teacher, researcher, and administrator. As a teacher, he has been involved in the classroom and laboratories of various subjects at undergraduate and post-graduate levels.He immensely contributed with research and technical setup for the world-class "Sahaj Anand" Water Show at Swaminarayan Akshardham, New Delhi, as a part of team member and Post-PhD project work of one year. He is actively involved in various technical and non-technical events organizations at the college and state level. He has been a reviewer of many international journals and conferences and delivered expert talks at many universities, to empower the students and researcher with state-of-the-art techniques in Soft Computing Techniques, Adaptive Signal Processing, and  Image Processing, and Machine Learning. He is the author/co-author of over 40 research papers and key contributions have been published in refereed international journals and conferences. He has supervised 17 post graduate dissertations. His current research interests are in the areas of Machine Learning, Soft-Computing Technologies, Signal and Image processing, Intelligent Control, and their applications.
