Dr. Ayush Goyal did his Ph.D. in computer science from the University of Oxford in 2013. Currently, he is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at Texas A&M University – Kingsville. His research interests are in machine learning algorithms and artificial intelligence models with applications in biomedical engineering and biomedical image processing. He has worked as a research assistant at King’s College London in biomedical engineering, in the area of cardiac MRI image processing. He has also done post-doctoral research at Tulane University in bioinformatics.
