Editorial Board
I have been working in animal science since I graduated from Yangzhou University in 1989. I got my doctorate in animal and poultry sciences from Virginia Tech in 2007. Then, I was trained as a post-doctor in muscle physiology at Duke University from 2007 to 2009 and lipid metabolism at Medical University of South Carolina from 2010 to 2013. I joined the College of Animal Science and Technology, Yangzhou University as associated professor in 2013 and was promoted to professor in 2017. In my academic career, I am an editor for the journal of ‘Animals’, and have reviewed more than 30 scientific papers for 16 journals so far. My expertise is mainly in poultry genetics and genomics, muscle physiology and lipid metabolism.
