Bashar M. Yahya received his B.S. (1998) in water resources engineering from Mosul University-Iraq, M.S. (2000) in remote sensing and geographic information system from Mosul University-Iraq, and Ph.D. (2020) degrees in civil engineering from Istanbul Technical University. He is now a researcher in Remote Sensing Center, Natural Resources and Engineering Sciences Department, Mosul University, Mosul, Iraq. His present research activities are in the area of AI, RS, and GIS in climate change, environmental engineering and Geomatic engineering applications.
