She has a degree in Dentistry from the University of São Paulo (2002), masters in dentistry (Stomatology and Oral Biology) from the University of São Paulo (2005) and PhD in dentistry (Stomatology and Oral Biology) from the University of São Paulo (2009). She worked as substitute professor at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul. Currently, she works as associated professor at the Federal University of Santa Catarina and is linked in the Group of research in Oral Diagnosis of UFSC. The main areas of expertise are Stomatology; oral medicine; oral pathology; biomaterials; special needs patients; oral and maxillofacial surgery and implants.
