Total 17 significantly altered edge-based functional connectivities (FCs) were listed with t and P values which have passed multiple comparison correction (network-based statistic correction with Edge P < 0.001 and component P < 0.05), including 10 increased FCs and 7 decreased FCs. AAL: Anatomical automatic labeling; MFG: Middle frontal gyrus; ANG: Angular gyrus; MOG: Middle occipital gyrus; IPL: Inferior parietal gyrus; INS: Insula; MTG: Middle temporal gyrus; HIP: Hippocampus; SPG: Superior parietal gyrus; PCUN: Precuneus; TPOmid: Temporal pole: Middle temporal gyrus; PUT: Putamen; PoCG: Postcentral gyrus; ACG: Anterior cingulate gyrus and paracingulate gyrus.

Total 6 altered edge-based functional connectivities significantly correlated with Mini Mental State Examination scores were listed with r and P values, which have passed multiple comparison correction (network-based statistic correction with Edge P < 0.001 and component P < 0.05), including 5 positive correlations and one negative correlation.
