Myself, Arvind Kumar Goyal, Ph.D., working as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Biotechnology, and Head, Centre for Bamboo Studies, Bodoland University, Assam, India. “Do a job that you like and you will never have to work a day of your life.” Seeking a challenging position in a result-oriented organization, where my acquired skills and knowledge will be utilized towards continued growth and advancement of the organization; and working as a team that strives for excellence in achieving the organizational goal. Till date, I have published 81 articles in National and International Journals, with over 1500 citations, Google Scholar's H-index of 23 and Scopus H-index of 16. I have peer reviewed over 50 articles for various Scopus, PubMed, and SCI indexed journals. Currently I am working on developing herbal formulations for the treatment of various diseases. Building Trust: Establishing a safe and open environment where the mentee feels comfortable sharing their thoughts and concerns. Goal Setting: Helping the mentee identify clear and achievable goals, and creating a plan to reach them. Instructing/Developing Capabilities: Sharing knowledge, skills, and expertise to enhance the mentee's abilities. Providing Constructive Feedback: Offering honest and helpful feedback to promote growth and improvement. Inspiring: Motivating the mentee to reach their full potential and pursue their aspirations. Opening Doors: Connecting the mentee with valuable resources, networks, and opportunities. I enjoy exploring new knowledge, conducting experiments, and analyzing data. Sharing knowledge with students and guiding their academic growth.
