Dr Silvia Fiorelli isis currently a research fellow in Anesthesia especially dedicated to Thoracic Anesthesia in Rome, University Sapienza. She received his medical degree from the University Sapienza School of Medicine, Rome. She completed her Anesthesia Residence at Sant’Andrea Hospital, Rome. In 2017, Dr Fiorelli joined the faculty staff at the Department of Clinical and Surgical Translational Medicine where she received a research grant dedicated to thoracic surgery and anesthesia field. Dr Fiorelli’s research focuses on management and implications of one lung ventilation, implementation of postoperative pain treatment after thoracic surgery and minimally invasive approaches.In addition, she has been involved also in tracheal surgery research field, exploring innovative airway managements and the anesthetic conduct of tracheal replacement. She has been Principal Investigator or collaborator of several clinical researches  Department of Anesthesiology and Intensive care, Sapienza University of Rome, Italy.
