Dr. Mehmet Arasli has received his MD degree from Istanbul University, Istanbul Medical Faculty in 1984 and PhD degree from Istanbul University, Institute for Exprerimental and Research in 1998. Prof. Dr. Mehmet Arasli currently works at the Department of Immunology, Bülent Ecevit University, School of Medicine, Zonguldak, Turkey. Mehmet does research in Infection Immunology, specially in Hemorrhagic fever infections. His recent publications are related with the serum levels of cytokines and chemokines of Crimean Congo hemorrhagic fever patients. He has been using flow cytometry since 1994 for both clinical diagnosis and research purposes. (Analysis of DNA ploidy, apoptosis-necrosis, Leukemia-Lymphoma immunophenotyping, Broncho Alveolar Fluid Lymphocyte sub-groups analysis, Infection-malignity differential diagnosis, etc)
