After full degree in Medicine in 2007, I obtained in 2013 the Specialization degree in Internal Medicine at the Cagliari University, Italy. I have been working in the wards of the Department of Internal medicine, Allergy and Clinical Immunology, managing the diagnostic and therapeutic processes of adults with complex diseases in inpatient and outpatient care setting. I focused my research interests on three main fields: autoimmunity, primary immunodeficiencies and rare diseases associated with dysregulation of immunity. Additional fields of interest are the innate and acquired responses to fungal infectious diseases and the genetic regulation of the immune system, being also involved in the SardiNIA/ProgeNIA project (http://sardinia.nia.nih.gov/).In 2013 I have been elected as the Junior Representative in Biologicals Interest Group, at European Academy of Allergy and Clinical Immunology.Currently, I’m working as Associate Professor at University of Cagliari, Italy
