He has concluded his Medical Diploma in Catania School of Medicine, Italy, 1996. He is Fellow of the European Board of Urology (FEBU) since 2006. He worked as Assistant Professor at the Urology Department of Tottori University, Yonago, Japan. His current position is Assistant Professor at 1st Urology Department of Aristotle University, Thessaloniki, Greece. He has been invited speaker in more the 100 national and international scientific conferences. His work has been awarded in eleven national and international scientific conferences. He has authored 57 papers referring to PubMed, one monograph, two chapters in national books, seven chapters in international books and one international book. He is reviewer in fifteen peer-reviewed scientific journals. His major scientific and research interest is focused on Andrology (male infertility and sexual dysfunction) microsurgery and pathophysiology of lower urinary tract (benign prostatic hyperplasia and bladder outlet obstruction).
