I am Dr. Anand Pandey, M.Ch. (Pediatric Surgery), currently working as Additional Professor of Pediatric Surgery in the King George's Medical University Lucknow India. As a Pediatric Surgeon working in India, I am involved in managing a vast spectrum of pediatric surgical conditions, such as anorectal malformation, esophageal atresia among many other congenital anomalies of the new-born babies. Besides, many acquired surgical problems, such as traumatic or infective ones, are managed by me. I have published over 125 publication in various indexed peer reviewed journals of international and national repute. of these, I am the first/corresponding author in 84 publications. The journals include Journal of Pediatric Surgery, Pediatric Surgery International, and European Journal of Pediatric Surgery, etc. My h index on Google scholar is 19 with more than 1400 citations. I am a member of European Pediatric Surgeons Associations, British Association of Pediatric Surgeons, Indian Association of Pediatric Surgeons among many other professional bodies. I am a reviewer for more than 45 journals and I have been reviewing since 2009. I have reviewed more than 200 manuscripts. I am interested in neonatal surgery, especially esophageal atresia, Pediatric Surgical oncology and hemangioma. I love to work as a team and promote my junior colleagues to attain problem solving approach for better patient care. I am a family man and love the company of my kids.
