Yao-Yin Li, PhD, I obtained my PhD degree from Peking University in 2015, and currently work at Sun-Yat sen University. I specialize in the research of oral squamous cell carcinoma and have published several influential research papers in this field. I attempted to study the interactions between fibroblasts, immune cells, and oral squamous cell carcinoma cells in the tumor cell microenvironment, revealing the mechanisms of occurrence and development of oral squamous cell carcinoma. I have published 16 research papers, including 4 corresponding author articles and 6 first author articles. My Google Scholar has a total citation count of 560 and a Google Scholar's H-index of 11. I have provided peer review for 9 articles. I have been focusing on the basic research of the invasion and metastasis mechanism of oral squamous cell carcinoma for a long time. My current research center aims to explore the role of immune cells in the tumor microenvironment and provide efficient treatment options for oral squamous cell carcinoma patients from the perspective of immunotherapy. I am good at listening and communication, and have a unique interest and insight in solving people and things related to scientific research work, and proposing effective solutions. I like swimming and cycling.
