My name is Shinsuke Hamaguchi and I am Professor of Anesthesiology and pain Medicine in Dokkyo Medical University. I am a clinical anesthesiologist and a therapist of pain medicine, and always performing daily anesthesia and pain treatment. Especially, I developed the new concept of the variety of medical instruments, such as new modified double lumen tube or oxygen tube and general anesthesia apparatus. I received "Top reviewer award" of "Journal of Anesthesia" for the second consecutive year in 2016 and 2017. In 2018 I published a single textbook for students and residents and in 2021, I became a guest editor of "Frontier in Pain Research".
