The main research directions include: 1) Clinical studies such as sphincter-preserving techniques for low rectal cancer, postoperative pelvic floor dysfunction, and immunotherapy for gastric and colorectal tumors. 2) Translational medicine research such as electrochemical luminescence detection of small biological molecules and multimodal imaging diagnosis of tumor-related nanomaterials.
