My current position as Director of Radiation Research at Roswell Park Cancer Institute affords me the opportunity to design and execute clinical trials to investigate a variety of novel therapies that have the potential to alter the therapeutic ratio. Over the last decade I have performed and published both pre-clinical and prospective clinical studies (single institution and international) on a variety of topics including: smoking cessation, stereotactic body radiation therapy, immune effects of radiation, hyerperthermia, and image-guided radiation.
