Fuqiang Dai, M.D., Associate Chief Physician, Medical Team Leader. Dr. Fuqiang Dai graduated in 2009 from the seven-year master’s program at West China School of Medicine, Sichuan University, and completed his Ph.D. in Thoracic Surgery at West China Hospital in 2024. Since 2009, he has been engaged in clinical practice at the Department of Thoracic Surgery, Daping Hospital, Army Medical University, where he became an attending physician in 2014. He currently serves as the vice-chairman of the Youth Committee of Thoracic and Cardiac Surgery of the Chongqing Medical Association and is a member of the Lung Cancer Committee of the Chongqing Medical Technology Association. Dr. Dai specializes in minimally invasive surgical treatments and comprehensive management of lung cancer, esophageal cancer, and mediastinal tumors. He is particularly skilled in single port thoracoscopy and robotic minimally invasive surgery, with a strong emphasis on the application of neoadjuvant therapies combined with surgical interventions. Dr. Dai has led three research projects and has been instrumental in developing three new clinical techniques. He has published over ten SCI-indexed research papers as first author or corresponding author, with his highest impact factor being 17.52 in the journal of Advanced Science.
