Dr. Huang is a professor in the School of Medicine at Soochow University, China. She earned her PhD degree from Peking University in 2006 and joined Soochow University in 2007. In 2016, she participated in a visiting study exchange program at the National University of Singapore, returning to Soochow University in 2017. Her notable academic achievements led to her promotion to the rank of professor at Soochow University in 2020. Dr. Huang is actively involved in various committees, including the Tumor Sequencing and Big Data Analysis Committee, the Computational Biology and Bioinformatics Professional Committee, and the Multi-Omics and Integrative Biology Committee, all under the auspices of the Chinese Anti-Cancer Association. Additionally, she serves as a peer reviewer for numerous esteemed scientific journals and has authored more than 40 peer-reviewed articles. In recent years, Dr. Huang's research has primarily focused on the field of oncology within the context of multi-gene, multi-organ diseases. Her approach involves utilizing epigenomics as a foundational framework and integrating diverse biomedical data resources to unveil the central regulatory factors within different cells and their potential roles in driving tumorigenesis
