Figure 1 Images representing three different consecutive female patients with diagnosis of Takotsubo cardiomyopathy in which in the acute phase a clear inverse flow/metabolism mismatch emerged (reduction of fluorodeoxyglucose uptake and preserved blood flow obtained with ammonia).
