Dr. Wang Zhijun MD, PhD, is an associate professor from interventional radiology of Chinese PLA general hospital. Nine SCI papers were published as the first author and 38 SCI as the co-author in the past three years. Three projects were lead by Dr. Wang as a PI including the national natural science foundation, Beijing Nova program and military intensive science program. Based on the clinical and research work, I got the second grade national science & technology progress prize award as the sixth author and the second grade Beijing science & Technology award as the third author in 2011 respectively. In 2015, Dr. Wang was elected as committee member of Chinese biomedical engineer association and Youth committee member of Chinese anti-cancer association. From 2013 to 2014, He was invited to join the Dr. Geschwind's research team as a post-doc research fellow. From 2013 to 2016, Dr. Wang was invited to give oral presentation at several international conference, including SIR,WCIO, GEST and RNSA. Dr. Wang now focus on interventional onclogy. He also does interventional therapy on vascular disease and non-vascular disease.
