Dr. Lu is a professor in the Department of Medical Ultrasound at West China Hospital, Sichuan University in China. He graduated from West China School of Clinical Medicine, Sichuan University in 2002 and obtained his Doctorate in Evidence-Based Medicine in 2014. From 2013 to 2014, he conducted advanced research as a visiting scholar at the renowned Ultrasound Research and Education Center at Thomas Jefferson University. Dr. Lu holds multiple academic positions in China. He serves as the Executive Committee Member of the Interventional Ultrasound Branch of the Chinese Society of Ultrasound in Medicine and Engineering, as well as the Executive Committee Member of the Youth Committee of the Ultrasound Physician Branch of the Chinese Medical Association. Dr. Lu has published more than 50 peer-reviewed articles in international journals such as Radiology, European Radiology, Chinese Medical Journal and World Journal of Gastroenterology. These publications have received more than 200 citations. His ongoing research interests are ultrasound diagnosis and intervention for digestive system diseases, intraoperative ultrasound, and transplant ultrasound.
