Prof. Wen-Jun Wang, PhD, majored in Molecular Nutrition and Food Chemistry. Now is a member of Chinese Nutrition Society, vice president of Jiangxi Nutrition Association. Now Dr. Wang is presiding over many scientific programs, including two from NAFC, six from Jiangxi Province. He has finished more than ten provincial scientific programs, and six scientific programs from Department of Education of Jiangxi Province. Dr. Wang won one Science and Technology Award of Jiangxi Province. Form 2000, Dr. Wang has more than 80 major researcher papers published both in domestic and international professional journals such as Carbohydrate Polymers, Food Chemistry, Journal of Functional Foods, International Journal of Biological Macromolecules, Journal of Animal Physiology and Animal Nutrition.
