Dr. Wen-Wei Sung is a physician-scientist. He completed his training of M.D.-Ph.D. program in Chung Shan Medical University in 2016. Afterwards, he works for the Chung Shan Medical University and Hospital as associate professor of School of Medicine and resident of Department of Urology. He is primarily interested in the role of onco-immunology in the aspects of tumor progression and precision medicine. Otherwise, he also focuses on finding the prognostic markers in types of cancers. He is the principal investigator of projects that investigates personalized therapeutic strategy via primary cancer cell and in vivo model in urogenital and gastrointestinal cancer. He also serves as the reviewer for many journals including International Journal of Cancer, Cancer, PLOS ONE, BMJ Open, Journal of Clinical Pathology, Medicine, and etc.
