My names is Alberto Tringali and I am Head of Gastroenterology and Endoscopy unit at ULSS 2 Marca Trevigiana-Conegliano Hospital since March 2019. I have worked for 18 years to Niguarda Hospital in Milan as consultant gastroenterology and endoscopy. I received National Abilitation to Associate Professor of Gastroenterology in July 2024- I Obtained a master in Advanced endsocopy at Bologna University (Alma Mater) in 2015 and Biliopancreatic endoscopy at Humanitas University in 2019- I am an expert in performing polypectomy and mucosectomy, interventional endoscopy (e.g. GI tract dilation and stenting, esophageal variceal band ligation, especially ERCP, diagnostic EUS and interventional EUS (EUS guided gallbladder drainage, EUS guided CBD drainage, EUS guided Peripancreatic fluid collections (PFCs)and EUS guided gastrojejunal anastomosis. I perform regularly ESD and treatment of Zenker diverticulum I wrote many papers as first author and participate to ESGE guideline and served as member of ESGE governing board 2020-2023 My field of interest include preparing and writing systematic review and meta-analysis, procedural analgo-sedation and use of Propofol and remimazolam in GI endoscopy I wrote several papers and contribution as first author in several journal (Endoscopy, Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, World Journal of Gastroenterology, Digestive and liver disease, Surgical Endoscopy, Annals of Gastroenterology). My Google Scholar index citation 903 H-index 16 1-10 index : 21 I reviewed almost 500 article as editorial member of GIE, 250 as International reviewer and 250 as Associate Editor of GIE I wrote 10 systematic review, 3 editorials My personal goal is to write many papers and serve as editorial board in relevant journals My area of expertise is interventional endoscopy, I developed in my unit and department active listening skill and interpersonal relationships. Leadership is based on listening skill and contribute to actively participation of all staff member The role of leader is based also on problem-solving I like running, play tennis, and skiing.
